Users should independently verify all property details, pricing, and availability before making any decisions.

Fractional investment opportunities presented on the Platform are for informational purposes. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of principal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropHaven Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana, in the Greater Accra Region.
